The Onlinejewelleryshop.com will deliver goods free of charge within the UK mainland. Items will be delivered by Royal Mail. Most of our packaging is designed to fit through most letter boxes but with some brands this is not the case and if you are not at home, the driver or Royal Mail representative will leave a card asking you to visit your nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office to pick up your product. If you prefer, we can deliver to your work address.

We make every effort to deliver goods within our stated time scales, however delays are occasionally unavoidable due to unforeseen factors. The Onlinejewelleryshop.com shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

We can offer delivery to other parts of the world, these charges will vary dependent upon the Royal Mail charges at the time. This section will give current information but will be charged in accordance with charges at the time of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain countries. If we accept and order and then cannot deliver, we will refund all your money and let you know that we cannot accept the order.
All items are packed securely in suitable protective packaging.
Brand Packaging will be provided where available although we may have to use our own packaging if the brand packaging is temporarily unavailable
 
Returns
As a customer it is your responsibility to ensure you are happy with all relevant details before placing an order. We will normally accept a return within 28 days providing that the item is returned new and unused and in its original packaging and with any accompanying documentation such as watch guarantee certificates etc.
 New and unused means there are no scratches, marks, blemishes on the item, there are no signs of wear on the product and the product must not be altered in any way. However engraved items that have been personalised with a special message are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Please remember, our personalised gifts are tailor-made for you, so our machines will print exactly the message you enter. We, therefore, advise you to double check any names and messages for potential spelling mistakes.
If your gift does arrive with mistakes, we cannot accept responsibility unless the fault was a result of the personalisation process.
The item is your responsibility until it has reached us. We recommend that you send the item using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the full value of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

A 15% re-stocking charge will be made for all returns and deducted from any refund made.
Due to the nature of the items we sell it is necessary to specially make or order Items to fulfil a size requirement or stone size. In these cases the Items are non returnable unless faulty as they are none standards and therefore cannot be resold. This complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations2000. If this applies to an item you are ordering it will be made clear during the order stage.
